J M Posner India Pvt Ltd is a joint venture of Janatha Group companies and JM Posner UK Ltd. 

Janatha Group was established in 1967 by present chairman Mr G.Chellappan and is into Rubber manufacturing and export business with factories in India and Sri Lanka. The company has diversified business into Equipment manufacturing, Transport, Trading etc.

JM Posner UK Ltd is a well established company in Europe supplying equipment and food products all around the globe which was established by Mr Justin Max Posner. JM Posner are business partners with Janatha Group since 2002 and with such long term relation have come together to combine manufacturing and marketing strength to market all range of floor coverings (mats and mattings) in the global market.
